We do not offer email accounts. We’re experts at making WordPress sites super fast and secure, and we recommend you host email with a company that does the same for email. We recommend G Suite for email.

We do not have contracts, and we never lock people in. All plans are month-to-month and can be canceled at any time.

A refund can be requested if your account has not used within the first 30-days of signing up.

Whether you get an unexpected influx in traffic or you need more storage as you’re adding more content, we want to support the growth of your site.

When your number of visits exceeds your plan limit, we charge a small overage for every 1,000 visitors over your limit.

The overage cost is $1 per 1,000 extra monthly visitors. For instance, if you are on a Basic plan and receive 30,000 monthly visits, you’d receive an overage fee of $5.

When your storage exceeds your limit, we charge an additional $1 for every GB you are over your limit. For instance, if you are on the Pro plan and are using 40GB of storage, you’d receive an overage fee of $20.

Reggio Digital Studio determines which plan you require based on the amount of traffic to your site. Specifically, the number of “visits” to your site in a given month. We define a visit as:

A unique IP address in the 24-hour period.

Essentially, we count the number of unique IP addresses that visit a site on a given day. This is the number of visits for that day. We then add up all the daily values for the entire month, and that’s how we arrive at the number of visits for your site.

Before we do this, we do our best to remove IP addresses from known bots, spammers, and attackers.

We'll reach out to you to schedule a quarterly business review. The business review is a chance to discuss what's going well and what can be updated on your website. We'll provide suggestions like plugins and SEO advice.

We are more than a host. We want you to feel that we're part of your team. Once a quarter, we'll talk about strategy and what we can do to help.

We back up files nightly. Backups are stored for 30 days (or the 30 most recent backups if manual backups are created), after which they are deleted permanently. If you’d like to have access to a backup for longer than 30 days after its creation, we recommend you download a copy.
